Fine testing machines manufactures rotating bending type fatigue testing machine. A standard specimen of 8 mm dia is imposed as the required value of bending moment and is rotated at 4,200 rpm. The machine is designed such that a constant bending moment throughout the length of specimen is applicable. The reversal of stresses take place in each cycle in the specimen due to continuous rotation. The number of cycles is recorded on the digital counter at the time of failure of the specimen. The machine is compact and is a table-top model. It does not required any separate foundation. The application of bending moment is easy as a result of the lever system. The machine is ideal for the educational institutions, engineering laboratories, industries, and research organisations. It has maximum bending moment of 200 kg-cm.
